Just had my first flight on a 3 axis microlight, outstanding fun. Hoping to have my license by the end of the summer weather permitting.

Highly recommended.

Nearest I've been to anything like that is parascending - Hooked up to a parachute attached to a landrover, whose driver then toes it across a large field.

Not quite in the same league though, I'll concede, but good fun all the same.
