    Alcohol free now but still does the trick.

    You should get to the doctor. Aside from the obvious back related ailments this could be due to a swollen liver caused by heavy drinking.

    There's nothing to stop you taking a day off, there should be a clause in your contract to allow for emergency gaps in service provision
