Yes I recall those early sleepness nights. You age 10 years in the 1st year alone.
And I think Thatcher was a knut anyway. But a necessary one at the time.

Insight through sleeplessness

Well, YG II has followed her big sister's form and behaved angelically for 2 weeks to make sure we are sufficiently bonded so as not to leave her for the wolves. Obviously she has now turned into a night demon, and the wolves would not in any case put up with her.

All of which led me to an insight at 3:00 a.m. If Thatcher was only getting 4 hours sleep a night, is it any wonder that she was such a c**t?
