BBC News - Prince William and Kate Middleton visit Blackburn and Darwen

rained on their parade. waited for while and got fed up. Beats me why they don't give an exact time on the day. The queen visited 5y/o and exact timings were given. Are they trying to escape the paparazzi or summat?
