Plan B

Is a SaaS delivery - multiple tenancy. I have the data model (mostly) done. Does anyone have any wisdom re: software development and deployment? or plan Bs in General?

Any technological insight would be especially welcome since the majority of SaaS doesn't seem to follow the traditional RDMS route (PM me if you prefer)
