Best not to unless you absolutely have to (or if the sale will realise so much cash it no longer matters what happens). That's storing up potential problems for the future if the venture becomes very successful.

You may well live to regret losing control of your business (even partial). If you can keep hold of it I strongly suggest that you do.

Organic growth will be more that satisfactory financially, however the greedy is side saying.... why not grow faster

However, the nice thing about the organic growth option is I can sleep at night without any external worries

    Thanks folks.

started a topic Where to find the right Advisor

Where to find the right Advisor

    Morning All,

well it looks like Benes Ltd plan B is going to be a success.

Question now, are we satisfied to grow plan B organically or
should we look to some other mechanism to increase the rate
    of growth ?

Next step finding and appointing an advisor, weighing up the
    options and making a decision.

Have looked on the IBA website and found a few advisors in
plan b's field, but just wondered if anyone else knows where
to look for and appoint advisors ?

The advisor should be familiar with the business area,
have a verifiable track record of helping similar businesses
grow and have experience of all the options for growth, finance,
    mezzanine, equity, partial sale etc.

Thanks and all the best with your plan b's.

    Milan.
