    I like your thinking. But why don't we all just stay there for the summer and invest in air conditioning, thus solving the energy crisis forever.

    some local authorities have workers wrapped in blankets at their desks in winter.
    The solution is we move to a warmer planet. Either that or move somewhere warm in winter. It only costs £60 return for a flight to the Canaries, even with the airlines making a profit, so why not move all shivering office workers to Spain or the Canaries in winter? This would save a fortune, count as their holiday entitlement and save on buying slankets.

    Something for the lefty CO2 worshippers to aspire to. Hopefully we'll all get black death too, whilst India and China work on their Space Programme.


    Living room temperatures

    18-21C - comfortable temperature
    9-12 or 24+C: Risk of stroke and heart attack
    21-24C or 16-18C - some discomfort
    12-16C - risk of respiratory disease
    Less than 9C - risk of hypothermia
