    Now repeat after me.

Safe as houses, you can't beat bricks and mortar, property prices only go up, supply and demand, they're not making land anymore, population of UK is growing and growing, everyone needs a place to live, you can always add value, Safe as houses, you can't beat bricks and mortar, property prices only go up, supply and demand, they're not making land anymore, population of UK is growing and growing, everyone needs a place to live, you can always add value, Safe as houses, you can't beat bricks and mortar, property prices only go up, supply and demand, they're not making land anymore, population of UK is growing and growing, everyone needs a place to live, you can always add value, Safe as houses, you can't beat bricks and mortar, property prices only go up, supply and demand, they're not making land anymore, population of UK is growing and growing, everyone needs a place to live, you can always add value, Safe as houses, you can't beat bricks and mortar, property prices only go up, supply and demand, they're not making land anymore, population of UK is growing and growing, everyone needs a place to live, you can always add value, Safe as houses, you can't beat bricks and mortar, property prices only go up, supply and demand, they're not making land anymore, population of UK is growing and growing, everyone needs a place to live, you can always add value, Safe as houses, you can't beat bricks and mortar, property prices only go up, supply and demand, they're not making land anymore, population of UK is growing and growing, everyone needs a place to live, you can always add value, Safe as houses, you can't beat bricks and mortar, property prices only go up, supply and demand, they're not making land anymore, population of UK is growing and growing, everyone needs a place to live, you can always add value, ...

Your utter uselessness in interpreting graphs is quite spectacular.
Taking the opposite of your conclusions is a good way of getting to the truth.

Get on that housing ladder NOW!

Driven by the fact that interest rates are effectively negative (money printing) and rents going sky high through rampant inflation stoked by the US and the UK.

If house prices don't rise the government will print even more money, making sterling even more worthless than it is now.
