Contractor:Yes, I am.
A Thinks: No contacts there then, bail him quick and ring the next mug.

Inveterate Liars

Here's the scenario (phone call):

Agent: Hi, are you currently looking for work?
Contractor:Yes, I am.
A:Well, I've got something... (tells some details and fairytales)
C:Sounds good.
A:OK, I'm going to send you an email with the spec, right now. Bye
C:Bye.

Hours passed, no email.
This happened to me with different agents 4 times just today !!!
Why they say they are going to send something if they are not? Are they all gone mad?
