Has anyone else with a website had an email from HMRC today?
Entitled "Pay Tax Today with HM Revenue and Customs". Seems to be just a copy of the service page from HMRC website and suggestions of an attachment which I can't actually see (and am not looking too hard for!).
I received three of them in as many minutes.
Phoned up HMRC helpline and they claim to no nothing about it.
I'm assuming, therefore, that it's a scam of some sort.
However, if it's not, what on earth are HMRC doing sending spam?
