Just delete, ignore and deny ever having received any emails sent from his/her Blackberry. They'll soon lose confidence in it.

Can't you make sure your replies are in HTML format, preferably with huge attached files? Might discourage him/her a bit.
He is now strutting along the office talking loudly on the move. (Blackberry call quality is so dire you have to talk loudly mind you.....)
