It is with the Limited Company that you have a contract. It is the limited company which pays your salary.
The agency does not enter into it. You have no legal relationship with the agency.
The Limited company may indeed have contracted with agency for the supply of Molie but that is no different than every other contractor company in the country. There is nothing untoward or illegal or underhand about it.
Why would you want to change the limited company? You are in a perm role and the limited company would have to take on the obligations of employer and if they don't then there is always the Employment Tribunal.
There is nothing wrong with the employer making a profit on your labours. You may think they are making an obscene amount of money about it but that is not illegal.
No is it illegal for an agency to have a consultancy arm. Many agents adopted this business model when the contractor market was in the doldrums.
