    That's a good point, but I can't see corporates outsourcing their legal people. That would be the last department to go, I'd have thought. You never know though.

    They could do similar to what Ted Heath did to save Rolls Royce Aero. Set up a new company with the existing staff.

    I think Pfizer will lose out because innovation is not just about using people with the right educational certificates. One just has to look at the qualified Bobs who freeze at the sight of the first problem they have to work out for themselves.
