I've got 2.
It makes life easier whilst dropping the sprogs off at school (half a mile away)
The advantage is that you are allowed to park in the middle of the road blocking traffic in both directions whilst talking with other parents.

This rant is prompted by a Porsche Cayenne (ugly beast!) which blocked my (narrow) street this morning. The guy half parked on the pavement but half blocked the road as well. If its still there when I get home, I'm going to let the tyres down.

Don't you hate SUVs in town?
One of my pet hates is people who drive SUVs in town and never use them in the country. They probably think it gives them status, but it really shows you know nothing about cars and are a bit of a plank. Most urban centres especially London, are really not designed for them.
This rant is prompted by a Porsche Cayenne (ugly beast!) which blocked my (narrow) street this morning. The guy half parked on the pavement but half blocked the road as well. If its still there when I get home, I'm going to let the tyres down.Tags: None
