    I think what you mean is a situation where effectively, you're running the company or a significant revenue generating chunk of it, and I think that's rather different to most permie offers. So yes, I'd happily be a director or a principle insultant with my own division and staff, but that would effectively be an expansion of my current business and entrepreneurship and not really a 'permie role'.
