I think what you mean is a situation where effectively, you're running the company or a significant revenue generating chunk of it, and I think that's rather different to most permie offers. Maybe a smaller company with less formalities and more enthusiasm, or one of the few companies who would let you have a degree of autonomy (I'm kind of thinking the media perception of Google, who knows the reality...
