Maybe he just wanted to have good memories to think about when he drops soap in US Federal Prison

Reading the Guardian's text on the allegations, they really do seem weak - to base a case on "I think he might have torn the condom on purpose" - not exactly banged to rights (no pun intended), is it.

However Assange knew that the CIA were out to get him, so why on earth did he put himself in the position to allow such a case to occur. Not suggesting he should have become a monk, but don't stir up a hornets nest if you know you have an allergy. He should have known that something like this might have happened, so why did he hand it to them on a platter.

I was giving you an example that human rights law can't prevent father being jailed for life - having kids does not give one immunity from justice taking its course.

Anyway, today's revelations are that apparently Han Solo and Chewbacca could not stand the sight of each other off set.
    That one came from Wookie-Leaks..............

    Okay....okay!!

The main problem is the UK government f**ked up.

He was suppose to be removed a few years ago but there was a mix up. I don't know if he had children then but any foreign criminal with sense knows now to start having children with a British citizen asap.

Anyway back to Assange. Apparently he writes really bad love letters.

This concept of 'Human rights' is a freaking joke when it comes to 'we can't deport to a country who may execute!'. If he's their citizen, then he was bought up with their laws. If he goes somewhere else, then he goes back. Simples.

Problem is he managed to have kids who are British.

The kids have human rights including the right to have a family life and to have their sh*t-bag father around.

    1) He did not leave girl to die - he waited and buggered off when the ambulance showed
    2) We (or indeed I) have no idea about facts of the case. Presumably if he was not charged with "causing death by dangerous driving" or manslaughter or similar, it was either because there was no case to answer or the British legal system has cocked up.
    3) He was charged with driving while disqualified. A four month jail sentence seems reasonable for that offence.

We cannot deport someone for an offence that they've not been charged with. If he'd been charged with causing her death and received a 14 year jail sentence, I don't suppose anyone would be too bothered about whether he was here or elsewhere.
The guy is a twice convicted drug dealer. He has no driving licence, no insurance and twice convicted for the same and no doubt he will continue with the trade. He also has one conviction for GBH. I have no doubts that he lied to get his refugee status as many so called refugees are just criminals escaping from justice. I am sick of scum like him comming to this country. This isn't a one off.

    Back to Assange.:

Sex without a condom when you asked for one. Not rape. Only rape if you say stop and they don't.

Getting into bed with a fella, smoochy koochy, bit of play, too drunk, fall asleep, get ****ed cant remember the next day (debatable) . But personal feeling is don;t get into bed with a stranger with a hard on(!)

Accusation against Assange may be valid. The UK looking to extradite is outrageous. Especially bearing in mind that they may try to extradite to the US where they have called for his death. In the meantime we cant send a child killer back to Iraq.

See this WIKI thing get bigger. I'm backing Assange.
