    I think comparing agents to a 'snake' is a little surprising. Even snakes have a backbone.

    Can't find a current link for it, but I was listening to BBC World Service news last night and heard an item about the trial in South Africa of a handyman who had killed at least 5 of his customers for late payment.

    Not that I would wish that on any of the agents whose paths have slithered across mine.
