I did Ben Lomond earlier this year when I was two stones heavier than I am now. Hadn't done any walking in years and wasn't very fit but did it no problem.
Met loads of younger and fitter people on the way down who'd given up. It's not in the legs it's in yer head.

By June, I'm expecting to lose another 6 stones.
Should be much fitter too.
Walked around Rudyard Lake yesterday.
Great walk - great scenery - great walking partner.
