Can some please explain how EDS continue to land large contracts!?

Brown envelopes, & non-sequential used notes. Erm, allegedly.

Just what we need; either EDS or BT to handle the ID card with a bunch of Civil Servants. EDS is the Frank Spencer of consulting.

Can some please explain how EDS continue to land large contracts!?
