Got hypnotised on stage a few years back. First made me look like I was serving in a shop. The second bit was fighting somebody in a hexagonal ring.

Anyone ever undergone hypnotherapy?

I'm not talking about some show in a pub but for career/professional advancement, stress management or similar.

I've heard the odd story over the years of professional sports(wo)men who have used it but never heard of it used in a 'corporate' environment.
