    I worked with a complete mountaineer nutter who climbed the Birmingham post office tower without a rope in the late 70s.

    Reminds me of that French bloke who climbs skyscrapers without any safety harness. Saw a short TV clip of him a while back, could do full body lifts using one arm etc so supremely fit. Just waiting for him to do the new tower in Abi Dabi.

    I guess the only difference between 170ft and 1,700ft is the size of the crater.
