    I didn't think he was sueing simply because of his attained grade, but because the university are saying that he cannot now appeal his grade due to the fact that he has already passed through the graduation process.

    Bit mean over .5%, but I know of someone who was denied a 2:1 for 0.2% at A. N. Other local establishment (until she appealed).
