Well, there are two or three. One rude one and one semi romantic.
The rude one was a bit surreal. I got my bits out on Es Cavellet beach, the bit of the beach at the very north before the huge gay stretch starts (I actually walked there over the cliffs from Platja d'en Bossa, and that was a bit more of a hike than I was expecting, about two hours in my beach shoes and the domain of huge great spiders that wove strong webs between bushes that scratched my bare arms and legs). Anyway I digress. Having practised getting my bits out at Studland bay early this summer (see a previous thread) I had no problem practising likewise in Ibiza on the nude part of the beach (well, strictly speaking I suppose that's all of it). I was wondering whether this would attract females the way it did in Studland. So it was a scientific experiment really. Well anyway, and I am not making it up, I heard and saw 4 French girls arrive at the beach. They can't have been much more than 18 so this was a no-goer for a couple of reasons, but anyway, I was interested in the progression of events or whatever so I stayed awake. They initially started to settle 10 metres or so away, but after a few words decided to plonk themselves directly in front of me instead. I was laying prone on my back at the time, so this felt pretty odd already because of the proximity and position. They were not more than a few metres directly in front of me. Then they got their tits out. They were not particularly facing me at this point (you can probably see where this is going). Anyway, I didn't do much and played asleep for 10 minutes and when I looked up the funniest thing, all 4 had positioned themselves to be looking directly at me in a sort of semicircle not more than a few metres away. This was becoming a bit of a test for me, so I moved on to my front in case I began to waver. Anyway I had no chance here, but when two went in the water I followed in after a respectable amount of time and had a go at saying bonjour in French followed by something in English but only got an 'okay' response from the one I spoke too. I had given this up as hopeless anyway, so that was my lot. Now back to the science. I settled down and really did ignore them. When they left one of them say bonswar or something. I think at the time I thought it meant good evening. And I heard the couple behind me say something like...he had no idea... Well I did have an idea. That was it for this story. There had been a couple of (French again) girls of a similar age earlier, and one of them got her tits out - some of the nicest breasts I've seen - anyway, I did nothing there, probably because I'd only just arrived and was sussing things out. Or maybe it was the age thing again. Oddly enough I felt almost invisible to women in Sant Antonio town. But I suppose with so many males and females about, that was the case for most, perhaps until party time. But I didn't indulge in that. There weren't many hot women about anyway.
The semi romantic one wasn't really romantic, but I suspect it could have been if I'd been up for it. I'm getting a bit bored typing now, but anyway. I was in Barcelona airport, a bit stuck on how to get to France. I'd already been up to the train station to confirm my fears about the hopelessness of getting a train before morning (what a mare it was trying to get sense out of the Spanish too). The train station also looked like a no-goer for resting purposes, so I came back to the airport for a kip and as last resort a flight. I was also wondering whether there was a way out of Spain before morning and an 18 hour (or whatever it was) wait. So I was a bit preoccupied. I eventually caught a bus from the train station. But before this I went outside the airport terminal for a cigarette and a think and as I took off my sport bag, I stupidly caught my specs which fell to the floor. That's a first. The lens came out of the frame and I lost a screw from that side. I looked around for the tiny screw and couldn't see it and effected a quick repair with some strong thread I carried. Anyway 5 or 10 minutes later...are you still awake...a girl (Spanish I expect) comes out and beckons she wants a light, which I offer her. She seems very friendly and not bad looking and for some reason I mention that I have have been looking for the screw in my glasses. This was mostly done in sign language and English. Anyway, she immediately starts looking in earnest for my screw. I have no real idea if she knows what she is looking for, but she is looking anyway. As I'd already looked I soon stop and say to her not to bother any more, but she carries on. Anyway finally she seems to fiddle with her mobile phone and I, being still more preoccupied with my travel plans, go back inside the terminal. I watched a guy wrapping suitcases in a sort of clingfilm material for a couple of minutes, bemused by it, and then walk further into the terminal, towards the information desk to ask about buses I expect (which I caught eventually, but still not until morning. Cheap though). Where was I... Ah, and now I hear seniour, seniour (or however you spell it). And there was this girl from outside running towards me shouting seniour. She must have beckoned for me to open my hand, because I did so, and she placed the little screw in it looking very pleased. She'd only found it. I was surprised, it was a tiny screw and it could have gone anywhere. I was pleased too and we seemed to click. Anyway I took her hand and shook it and said something or other, but ended that with goodbye and left her. So not a very romantic end, but I was a bit preoccupied and was also wondering whether I would get kicked out of the airport and whether sleeping there would be okay. I didn't think too much more about it until I got back yesterday and got the little screw from the gaffer tape I'd placed it into for safe keeping and fixed it back into my glasses, and it seems to be holding up well. What a nice girl. I suspect she'd used her mobile as a torch and wasn't making a call. Anyway, she was too young, and that's probably the reason I said goodbye rather than ask her about where she was going or whatever.
Happy now?
