    Got a fatal error message, now it gets stuck on the clock screen and will not boot up.

    Brand new replacement (3 months old) on a year old contract so loathed to hand it back as likely to get a scabby old replacement.

    Has anyone successfully re-installed the OS? Does not come with this on CD, only Blackberry desktop manager.
