Frequently.
And have the bloody cheek to charge a licence fee for stuff I already paid to see the past 10 years over.
Not quite so brazen as Murdoch though - he charges £40 a month or more for endless repeats of all sorts of tulipe, more hours of grainy WW2 footage than the actuality, a few naff films, and 24 hours of sport for couch potatoes who'd have a heart attack if they ever got off their lard and kicked a ball (for some just getting off their lard would do it)
