Estrella Damm is a Spanish pilsener. My dad used to buy the 1L bottles 30 years ago. In Spain you have 3 main beer brands: Estrella (drank mostly in the Catalan region), Mahou (Madrid) and Cruzcampo (Andalusia).
De nada.
Yes except that Sas was referring to a Harrods beer and SS was talking about a new Estrella Damm posh 'wit' beer.
IMHO. It's a German Pilsner brewed in germany and expensive at £3.95 a bottle I think.
The Belgians do a good beer in general. For everyday quaffing I always get Leffe.

After a great deal of time spent sampling, my favourite overseas beer has to be this one.
A little difficult to get over here although I did find it in a Waitrose recently. Again, not a session beer, but one to get your evening started.
Much prefer Pfüngstädter to them all but nearly given up the beer now in favour of Ebbelwoi. You want to try out the Kulmbacher Bierwoche for a jolly good beer time, home of EKU

“Inedit was developed from the belief that there was a need for a beer that could complement a dining experience,” said Adrià in an interview last year. The name Inedit means “never been done before” in Catalan.
Really? For a beer developed in a culinary think-tank consisting of mostly wine and food nerds, see here, it is a pretty over-hyped and underwhelming beer that may please novice drinkers but is sure to disappoint everyone else.
