    Didn't get that far - was only there 2 nights. Will check it out next time though

    San Antonio, IIRC, is minging. The old town is a lot nicer.

    From what I remember the best bits are to be found off the beaten track, there are plenty of quieter, less crowded beaches and some great restaurants inland as well.

    I might go back now I'm middle aged and over the whole music & drugs thing. I reckon it would be a good place to charter a yacht.

    Ibiza

    Just spent a couple of days in Ibiza, hired a car and explored some of the little coves on the north east of the island. Had a fantastic time, can't believe I've left it this late & will definitely go back. Maybe won't stay in San Antonio next time - makes Benidorm look like San tropez
    Was a bit disappointed by the sunset strip though - almost exclusively Brits. Was expecting something a bit more cosmopolitan - 20 years too late perhaps....
