It would help to see the picture the caption is to go with. Ghostbusters are often associated with that circular motif with a cross through it with a ghost trapped inside. Your friend's image (or just her face replacing the spook's) could replace the ghost (and the outer circle could be coloured golden like a ring). Or if just text, something along the lines of being trapped in marriage, or applicable quotes from the movie such as "All right! This chick is TOAST!"
