Mind you if its just so the parents can have a party and send the kid to a Catholic school then I guess it doesn't matter, as they aren't taking it seriously anyway.
Congrats Pogle. You managed to splice "Priest" and "discretion" into the same sentence there. Respect!

We'll get a visit from Incognito soon as that combo will have triggered his "Bigot Filters".

Sod that we thought, and went to see the RC priest instead. He was much more laid back and said "Okay, when do you want to do it?". Much simpler.
Anyway, I digress a bit. The point I am circuitously navigating towards is that he did not insist on all the Godparents being RC. As long as one of them was that sufficed, so we enlisted the aid of some of our "Dublin Mafia" members of the family, and it all went swimmingly.
You should be fine Wilmslow, I can lend you an old Celtic shirt to wear if you really want to cement yourself in their affections!!

    This he told me
I'm going down to Yasgur's farm
Think I'll join a rock and roll band
I'll camp out on the land
I'll try and set my soul free

We are stardust, we are golden
And we've got to get ourselves back to the garden

Then can I walk beside you
I have come here to lose the smog
And I feel just like a cog in something turning
Well maybe it's the time of year
Or maybe it's the time of man
    And I don't know who I am
    But life's for learning

We are stardust, we are golden
And we've got to get ourselves back to the garden

By the time I got to Woodstock
They were half a million strong
Everywhere there was songs and celebration
And I dreamed I saw the bombers
    Riding shotgun in the sky
    Turning into butterflies
    Above our nation

We are stardust, we are golden
And we've got to get ourselves back to the garden

We are stardust, we are golden
And we've got to get ourselves back to the garden

We are stardust, we are golden
And we've got to get ourselves back to the garden

Well it can be proven that it isn't the B&BoC..... so does that mean that your Faith "collapses"........

Probably a bit heavy for CUK - questioning the fundamental tenets of your religion.... Sorry
Bit heavy for me more like

"absence of evidence, isn't evidence of absence"

Thing is, I & most Catholics with half a brain know full well it can't be true but "Faith" kicks in and tells you otherwise.
