Looking at the Recruiters website it appears that they complain when recruitment-to-recruitment agencies misbehave they don't like it. But its Ok with us????

Recruitment-to-recruitment agencies have a harder time than most in the recruitment industry.
After all, it's not easy to sell candidates to someone who does it on an everyday basis - and the actions of a few rogue agencies has given the whole sector a bad reputation.
