Having read through the small print of the Tory - Lib Dem policy agreement, it occurs to me now the dust has settled that
(i) the Lib Dems are the big winners out of this coalition
(ii) Dave has bent over and taken a big bar of soap from Nick just to get his moment in front of the No. 10 door.
