Remember a few weeks ago I was talking about the project I was working on being in peril? And the PM being isolated and sullen?
What a transformation
Two successful releases, comprising all scheduled development and previously failed work, totalling the largest release in the history of the project, was a complete 100% success.
And I just spend the week writing a really complex and horribly knotty spec for the next release. And it got signed off first time
When do I wake up?
I am very proud of the team. They really learned their lessons. And hopefully this goes a long way to reverting the opinions on here that any project I work on is doomed to fail
