    It's a good design. It's quite annoying when posters quote a 1000-word post just to say "I agree!", and then the next guy quotes that, now including the 1000-word quote-within-a-quote, just to say "I don't!". So make it hard to reply with a quote, and easy to reply without one.

    why, when you read a post and want to reply,

    underneath the post in the logical place you see the button, Reply with Quote,

    but if you want to reply without a quote then the Reply button, is at the top of the screen under the menu's

    that's a strange design
