I wonder who uses them. All the contractors I know wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

I loathe them but they do occasionally have a genuine contract and so I have to grit my teeth and play along. I dealt with them last week but they were just fishing. They seem to have fired a lot of people in the last year, do you think the new recruits know how badly we hate them. They are trained to hate us, so don't feel guilty when treating them badly !
