    Ceuta and Melilla. The link given was for special regions, Ceuta and Melilla are not special, they are just Spanish cities (which happen to be on the mainland of Africa).

    It was watching the film that made me look the place up. I enjoyed the book much more than the film. I found the film score very irritating; it seemed to be out of kilter with the action.
