Well, I was certainly behind Aphrodite on the cycle path this afternoon, all the way from København to Albertslund.
Zeity would have loved it.

Maybe so, but that's a freebie, the Bible in it's umpteen and sometimes contradictory incarnations must have had a fair few copies sold at a massive total profit.Originally posted by norrahe View PostThough it does get beaten to the "most read" by the Ikea catalogue

a good question but if contractor79 is on the level then you know the sort of person they are.....
have you ever read the scifi story about a group of people who identified the star which went nova around 3 BC and was sited as the Star of Bethlehem
Anyway they took a nice long journey to that system to ascertain what had happened and sure enough they found a half burned plaque on one of the outer planets indicating that the inhabitants of that solar system had been aware of what was going to happen and tried to leave a lasting memorial
anyway the idea was to prove once and for all that the star of bethlehem was just a nova and so not an act of god
did the religious representative understand this...??
no of course not has asked God why he had to kill all these people just so a star could be made to guide people to baby jesus....
you just cannot argue with that logic....
