Chef (at least) totally suckered by AF Joke...
Some posters (presumably) feeling a little "silly" at their reactions to the various "players" and participants....

WOW looks like a good time was had by all.... and I missed it all!!!

Is it all "back to normal" now.... or can I look forward to some similar entertainment for the next couple of weeks??

And don't forget that NickFitz has been doing his best "Lord Melchett" act, toadying away over on mumsnet like his life depended on it.

Reasonable break thanks.... flew home a day "early" and flight back was 2 hrs later..... so I got and extra full day at home and a good couple of hours on Sunday (which equates to a "real" Sunday lunch rather than just grabbing a sandwich) so pretty good....

Downside being... with the BST change plus the change in flight time... it meant I reached the Hotel at 8am local and only got a couple of hours kip before hitting the office (before BST and flight change I was getting to the Hotel about 5-6am which meant a couple more hours sleep).

I could of course just not go to work on "arrival day"... but that would mean a day less billing..... and no matter where you are in the world that is a "Bad Thing"......

(and) I can always catch up on sleep............
