I noticed some glimmers of hope last week but now it's gone back to the normal big bag of nothingness for the 2 weeks of Easter. Decision makers will all be away for the next week or 2.

I've had loads of interviews, I just keep coming up against candidates that are cheaper, more capable, younger and better looking... I assume.
