I noticed some glimmers of hope last week but now it's gone back to the normal big bag of nothingness for the 2 weeks of Easter. Decision makers will all be away for the next week or 2.

Strange, IME the phone calls stopped a couple of weeks ago??Originally posted by memyselfandi View PostGone from barely any interviews to six in a week.
Something drastic has definately happened to the market over the last couple of weeks.
I think I am going to have to be more picky about what I apply for because otherwise it may result in an interview.
I've had loads of interviews, I just keep coming up against candidates that are cheaper, more capable, younger and better looking... I assume.
