    I don't remember MacDonald captaining anybody. He would only have captained England if the qualification was to have to score five goals in one match.

    Mackeral - Swindon Town

    Hull City is the only Football league team where you can't colour in any of the letters. Hull is also Europe's largest conurbation never to have had European football.
