I was going to say; talk to HAB about this. He expresses his feelings about this matter quite eloquently in his tweets. You could gang up on the barstewards. The Phantom Driller returns...
On the next floor up.

He'd be out on the roof in this building, unlike the previous one.
However, it must be said that the phantom driller has been drilling holes somewhere up there from time to time.
It may explain the leaks.
