    I was looking at batteries, specifically energy density and charge time, and saw these: Radio Shack 15-minute Rechargeable Batteries. It's a bit odd/ominous that: "RadioShack will be discontinuing this item", though they do have good Amazon Customer Reviews

    2 Ah (energy capacity) for AA batteries isn't huge, but it's not that far off the high capacity ones either. 15 minutes charge time is getting pretty respectable.
