After the mental fatigue of dragging BGG kicking & screaming around a wall paper shop (for his study) I cheated & drove to Nandos

Linguine, fresh prawns, chilli, tomatoes, butter, garlic, lemon juice, spring onions and fresh parsley. 10 mins + chilled bottle of Chenin Blanc Verdelho.
Saving sirloin steak for tomorrow.

I'm doing Mini Boeufs en Croute with Delia's recipe.
I used Shiitake mushrooms instead of the open capped in the recipe along with the dried porcini, much more intense flavour.
Will pop them in the oven in a bit
