    Nah, I normally record stuff then skip past the ads.

    I'm not in the UK so have other (delightfully ad-free ) channels to watch.

    Stone the crows. I've just seen an ad on telly (Film 4 if you must know) for MSIE 8.

    MS are obviously prepared to spend dosh on persuading folks to upgrade this time.
