I used to go to the Indian with an Indian bloke - I learned quite a few off menu things to ask for (if you fancy 'em) and so far, no waiter has even batted an eyelid - Indian restaurants are generally pretty fabulous.

Stopsley Surma (who I don't often use - and I'm voting with my feet as a certain Indian takeaway I normally use has gone down hill of late) have just been awesome.

They have Resmi kebab on the menu, but I asked for Nargis Kebab. Even though it is not on the menu he was only too happy to help. Top work. May even put it on the menu!
