Probably, but a lot of the IT Job Board ones seem to be auto repeats and the agency hasnt marked them as filled.. either through neglect or for CV fishing.

Then again last year I did get a call on Boxing Day... and ive had many on Sundays..

Agents were busy on Xmas day....

...received an email from www.theitjobboard.com with 131 NEW jobs posted that day just for my search criteria which is about the average for any other day. I think someone's telling porkies.
