I saw a programme on 1st channel where they were demonstrating how you can do a DIY job on your dacha and turn it into a weekend friends, family sport and drink relate retreat including a hard stand for your 4x4.
My family had so called "dacha" or summer house with like some land given in 80s by generous Communist Party, the idea was that Soviet citizens would grow stuff there - potatoes, tomatoes etc. I totally hated going there on weekends to weed stuff etc

Oh C'mon. He is in Birmingham - where is he going to find luxury food there. Well, not what is classed as luxury food in the UK. He is Russian after all and beetroot is a bit posh for them.

If not, then probably - depends if it's a luxury food or not.
Stick to buying from Coffee and Cream - there is no chance of any of their offerings being classed as a luxury.
