Deutsche Arbeitslose können sich mit Zuschüssen der Bundesagentur für Arbeit (BA) als Prostituierte selbstständig machen. Das geht laut einem Voraus-Bericht des Nachrichtenmagazins "Focus" aus einem Schreiben von BA-Chef Frank-Jürgen Weise an den CDU-Bundestagsabgeordneten Hans-Joachim Fuchtel hervor.
Darin bestätigte Weise (CDU), "dass die Förderung der Aufnahme einer selbstständigen Tätigkeit im Bereich der Prostitution mit Existenzgründungszuschuss oder Überbrückungsgeld nicht ausgeschlossen ist". Voraussetzung sei unter anderem die "Stellungnahme einer fachkundigen Stelle über die Tragfähigkeit des Geschäftskonzepts".
Gesetzliche Verpflichtung
Dem Bericht zufolge erwähnte Weise in dem Schreiben "konkrete Einzelfälle". Da das deutsche Arbeitsamt aber keine entsprechende Statistik führe, gebe es keine Zahlen. Die BA bemühe sich zwar um strenge Prüfung, sei zu den Zuschüssen aber gesetzlich verpflichtet, denn das 2002 von der rot-grünen Regierung in Kraft gesetzte Prostitutionsgesetz sichere sexuelle Dienstleistungen rechtlich ab.
