You see, you are a valuable member of the team after all! Now would be a good time to ask for a rate raise!
Well Done!

Is that a bench on the horizon??
Contract ends this week. Last week was asked to help put together a job description so that they could advertise internally for a permie 'secondment' from another team to do my job.
Thought I had written the job description in a suitably locked down way so that no one on the planet could do the work apart from me................they had 3 applicants by the end of the week and are now interviewing them over the next few days ffs!
Did have one plus though. My car passed its MOT.Tags: None
